About Us

Sonic Surgery was founded in 1988 as an adjunct to Level 2 Studios. Soon Digital Editing and Digital Audio Processing became the State-of-the-Art within the recording industry and Sonic Surgery came into its own. Creating exciting remixes, Routines for Grand Champion Winners, and CD packages that have won Notable critical acclaim, Sonic Surgery has become one of the most respected independent post-production studios in the tri-state area.

As a jeweler sees a diamond in the rough and shapes it into a brilliant form, Patrice is able to hear the possibilities of each project she works with. She has a unique ability of opening herself up to wherever it is that artists are trying to go with their music and helping them achieves that goal. As an editor, her creativity and accuracy work together to create unique remixes and movement music. Working within the studio environment, her experience encompasses an expansive array of musical styles and genres. She holds a Master's Degree in Music from Temple University, is a nationally published writer, a published composer and a performing musician and a college professor of music technology.
